Global Accreditation Services are proud to introduce our new Driver Auditing Tool. The tool is a new mobile phone and tablet application which runs on both Android and Apple devices. The app provides a new way to manage compliance for your drivers, with the added advantage of significantly reducing the paper trail, with innovations such as live proof of delivery recording and an electronic job portal.

To ensure business integrity under the Chain of Responsibility and, when applicable, meet the requirements of various Accreditation Schemes, drivers must have a system in place to record their combination weights, odometer readings, fuel readings and to sign off as being fit for duty for each job. Historically this has always been done by completing various pieces of paperwork which is well known in the Industry as being a cumbersome activity.

We have created a solution that allows drivers to receive their job information straight to their mobile phone or tablet, enter the job details, and then save them so that they can be viewed by administration, operations and auditors. The system has been warmly welcomed by all using it due to its ease and efficiency and ensuring operator’s compliance.
