Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) would like to advise the transport industry, following a meeting of the Heavy Vehicle Signage Reference Group (HVSRG) in October 2024, effective immediately transport operators of Long Vehicles and Road Trains can choose to either display ‘Long Vehicle’, ‘Road Train’ or the Pictorial Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) Warning Signage relevant to their combination.
