Welcoming Jessica Alikaris and Maya Anderson
Healthy Heads is pleased to welcome Jessica Alikaris and Maya Anderson to the team, who have joined in two key roles supporting the continued delivery and growth of our programs across the transport, warehousing and logistics industry.
Jessica is our new Director of Program Delivery, bringing extensive senior leadership experience across the youth and community sectors. She brings strong expertise in program delivery, strategy, people leadership and stakeholder engagement, and is providing leadership across our program portfolio as we continue to expand our reach and impact.
Maya has joined us as Program Coordinator, National Road Show, bringing experience in large-scale live events, strong organisational skills and a calm, practical approach to event delivery. Working closely with Jaynie and Tara, Maya is helping plan and deliver Road Show events nationally, with a focus on growing our community reach through regional truck shows and rest stops.
We’re thrilled to have Jessica and Maya on board and look forward to the experience, energy and fresh perspectives they bring to the Healthy Heads team.
How Linde is embedding Healthy Heads
Looking after people isn’t a one-off. It’s something businesses can build into the everyday.
For Linde Material Handling Australia, working with Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds has helped bring practical, industry-specific wellbeing resources into regular communications, toolbox talks, branch activities and site initiatives.
The partnership helps make support more accessible to Linde’s people, including field service technicians and other team members working remotely or on the road. Healthy Heads resources such as the App, the How Ya Travellin? podcast and toolbox talks give people practical ways to learn about wellbeing and access support throughout the year.
Linde has also extended the reach of these messages beyond its own workforce. By integrating Healthy Heads content into its telematics platform, wellbeing messages can reach equipment operators as they use Linde equipment, helping bring mental health conversations into everyday working environments across the wider industry.
With wellbeing sitting alongside physical safety as part of Linde’s approach to a safe and sustainable workplace, the partnership demonstrates how businesses can build mental health into existing communication and safety activities.
